At Kowalski Analytics, I aim to deliver high-quality, customized data solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Due to the nature of digital services and consulting work, I generally do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated or delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to me, and I handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. Include details about the project, the reason for the request, and any supporting information. I will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
